INSERT HG CNC - Description:
HG CNC is designed for automatic drilling and hinge or other hardware insertion such as Rafix.
Automatic cycle which eliminates the heavy workload for the operator. The insertion is performed from the bottom and each head is equipped with a quick change magazine for the hinges. This range of machines is available with two up to five heads.
The positioning of the heads is automatic by CNC axis. Drilling and insertion works from the bottom and the complete cycle is approximately four seconds.
